I wasn’t there, but it looked like fun. Awesome day from Damien Angus, who finished 11th overall. He’ll give them a great shake in Kona again this year.

I’m back on the track and did three sessions yesterday. It’s nice to feel tired from training rather than life!

There’s a new episode of TriCafe to watch. We had great fun poking fun at Tony Abbott last week, but he did himself proud with a sub-14 finish at IM OZ. There’s also talk about Trent Chapman, gadgetry and poor Jordan Rapp being the victim in a hit and run.
