Hi Crew,
Well, I should have been in japan this week getting ready to defend my Strongman title. Instead I’m at home rehabbing my hammy (still). I went back in on Saturday and had another blood patch to try and stick the tendon back together. It meant that I spent 6 weeks rehabbing for a new start only last weekend, which is a little depressing in itself. I feel like I’ve been treading water for some months now. But hoping that I’ll be back out in training in the next few weeks, and preparing some base for racing in the second half of the year.
In other news, there’s still rambunction in the media about the new WTC rules. Check the link:

I’ll post a new link to the latest tricafe, which should be up soon. Phil and I chatted with Luke Bell about the new WTC wetsuit changes and ITU Sydney.
see you on the road (soonish)
Mitch
